Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of bakery machines, hotel equipment, and packaging machines. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers. Conduct equipment testing and ensure proper functionality. Maintain service records and prepare reports. Provide customer support and training on machine usage. Collaborate with the sales team to support product installations and after-sales services. Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in bakery machines, hotel equipment or packaging machinery is a must. Knowledge of electronic mechanics and machinery maintenance. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to travel within Kerala for service tasks.
