Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term loyalty. This role will involve a combination of strategic account management, customer support, and sales to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and value from our products or services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to enhance their experience with the company. Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales and Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals while ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Work closely with the sales team to expand the customer base and maximize revenue. Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, timely deliveries, and the resolution of any issues or concerns. Customer Insights and Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights that improve services and products. Share customer insights with the product development or service delivery teams to enhance customer experience. Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes. Provide regular reports on account status, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and that product/service offerings align with client expectations. Client Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are properly set up and educated on how to use the company’s products or services effectively.
