Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the front desk, and perform administrative tasks to support the institution's operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: 1. Greet and welcome students, parents, faculty, and visitors. 2. Respond to inquiries, provide information, and direct calls. 3. Resolve concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Administrative Tasks: 1. Manage the front desk, including answering phones, emails, and mail. 2. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. 3. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and communications. 4. Assist with scheduling appointments and events. 5. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Communication: 1. Communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff. 2. Provide information on institution policies, procedures, and events. 3. Prepare and send notifications, reminders, and announcements. Operational Support: 1. Monitor and maintain the reception area's appearance. 2. Ensure compliance with institution policies and procedures. 3. Participate in emergency preparedness and response. 4. Provide support for events, conferences, and meetings.
