Job Description
Greeting guests: Welcoming guests as they enter and exit the hotel Handling guest needs: Anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and providing information about amenities, areas, and venues Providing assistance: Helping guests with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, and escorting them to their rooms Addressing complaints: Handling guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner, and escalating them to the guest relations manager when necessary Providing customer service: Offering excellent customer service throughout guests' stays Preparing welcome folders: Helping to prepare welcome folders with collateral such as room service menus and area descriptions Promoting services: Promoting services and ensuring compliance with health and quality standards Recording information: Recording information in a logbook daily
