Job Description

A Billing Clerk is a professional who is in charge of creating invoices and credit memos, updating customer files, and sending out payment reminders to customers. The Billing Assistant is responsible for reviewing charge entries, processing of claims, posting accounts receivable and maintaining patient accounts. 1. Reviews charge entries for office visits, run missing charge report daily; scrubs charges daily prior to claim submission.
