Key Responsibilities: • Sales and Distribution: • Drive the van to different retail locations within the assigned route. • Promote and sell snacks and sweet items to customers, ensuring product availability and stock rotation. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager. • Ensure that the van is properly stocked with products and is in good working condition. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store owners to encourage repeat sales. • Provide exceptional customer service, answering any queries or concerns regarding products. • Assist customers in placing orders and recommend products based on their needs. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, features, and promotions. • Keep customers informed about new product launches and special offers. • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. • Cash Collection and Payments: • Collect payments from customers for products sold and ensure that all transactions are documented. • Handle cash and reconcile payments with sales records. • Follow company policies regarding payment collection and credit limits. • Compliance and Safety: • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations while driving the van. • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and cleaned regularly. • Ensure that products are stored and transported according to health and safety guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferred. • Skills: • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. • Basic math skills for sales transactions and inventory management. • Proficient in driving and maintaining a commercial van. • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. • Other Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed
