Roles: Sales Representative: Act as the primary contact for potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services over the phone. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Track progress using tools like CRMs (Customer Relationship Management software). Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or objections. Collaborate with other teams to provide solutions to customer issues. Documentation and Reporting: Document all call details, outcomes, and feedback. Prepare reports on sales, call volumes, and conversions. Adherence to Scripts and Policies: Follow pre-defined call scripts while personalizing communication to customer needs. Comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
