Relationship Manager Job Opening in Nagercoil

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Panacorp Software Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met, and delivering a high level of service. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth. You will conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback, monitor satisfaction, and resolve any service-related issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required. The position offers a salary range of ?15,000 to ?20,000 per month, depending on experience, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
