The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage administrative processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Manage team schedules, track performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Handle client calls and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Conduct regular team meetings and prepare detailed reports for management. Manage and monitor administrative processes, including document control and data management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in report preparation, presentations, and other management-related activities. Oversee resource planning and address any administrative issues promptly. Supervise support staff and coordinate their tasks to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: BE with MBA or a related degree. Experience: Minimum 4 years in administrative roles, preferably involving team coordination. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Experience in handling client interactions and report preparation is preferred.
