Job Description: We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Guard to join our prestigious hotel team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. You will provide a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a high level of security and responding effectively to any incidents. Key Responsibilities: Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including parking areas, entrances, and guest floors, to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the hotel, ensuring that only authorized personnel and guests are permitted entry. Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with any security-related concerns. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, documenting occurrences and reporting to management as necessary. Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV systems, reviewing footage as needed to investigate incidents and maintain security protocols. Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with and execute emergency response procedures, including fire safety, evacuation plans, and first aid. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related reports for review by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in security training or law enforcement is preferred. Previous experience in security, particularly in hospitality or luxury environments, is highly desirable. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
