Job Description
Customer service: Greeting customers, answering calls, and providing timely and accurate service Staff management: Training and supporting staff, scheduling shifts, and supervising the front office team Office management: Maintaining a professional atmosphere, overseeing office supplies, and managing mail distribution Administrative duties: Preparing presentations, making budgets, and monitoring the office budget Problem-solving: Handling complaints, troubleshooting emergencies, and prioritizing tasks Communication: Interacting with guests, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders, and resolving conflicts Leadership: Guiding the team, maintaining motivation, and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service Front office managers should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also have hands-on experience with office machines, such as fax machines and printers.
