The individual is responsible for work assignment to technicians on shop floor depending upon their skills and supervising service, repair and maintenance operations of the vehicle as per OEM guidelines within the expected time and cost to ensure minimum repeat complaints. Manages work schedules, monitors overtime, and approves timesheets. Trains employees. Inspects work in progress and completed work to ensure standards are met.
